Re-enrolment Policy

Participants must complete all components of the course within the allocated timeframe. Failure to do so will require re-enrollment and payment of associated fees.

Who Needs First Attack Firefighting Training in WA?

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Your access to the course and service is dependent on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. By accessing the course and service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the course and service.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

All West Training reserves the right to amend the course and service Terms and Conditions at any time.

Right to Release Information to Third Parties

Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. All West Training reserves the right to disclose your information to:

  • The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in fulfilment of RTO reporting requirements
  • NCVER
  • State, Territory or Federal government regulatory bodies if the course is associated with state, territory or federal funding
  • Other third parties as required by Law
  • Other third parties in direct relation to legal action or debt collection

Content

All text, graphics, illustrations, animation, video, audio and software that make up the course and the service (hereafter collectively known as the "content") shall remain the property of All West Training.

You agree to not:

  • Course must be completed within the specified 5-hour duration
  • The enrolment period commences when you begin the course
  • Extensions may be considered for extenuating circumstances at All West Training's discretion

Certification Timeframes

  • Statement of Attainment issued within 3-7 business days of successful completion
  • All certification subject to successful completion and identity verification

USI Requirements

From 1 January 2015, All West Training cannot issue you with a nationally recognised VET qualification or statement of attainment without a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you have not yet obtained a USI, you can apply at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi

Payment and Refunds

  • Course fees are non-refundable after payment
  • All West Training reserves the right to restrict future participation for students with outstanding payments

Service and Course Availability

While All West Training uses reasonable efforts to ensure system and service availability, scheduled and unscheduled outages may occur. All West Training will not be held liable for such outages.

Data and Information Security

All West Training does not guarantee the security of data or information disclosed online. You accept the inherent security implications of online usage and will not hold All West Training liable for any breach of security.

Student Obligations

You must:

  • Follow all safety instructions and procedures
  • Use firefighting equipment only as instructed
  • Report any equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
  • Submit only your own work for assessments
