Definitions:

  • RPL Provider: Robbar PTY LTD trading as All West Training, who provides the RPL assessment services and issues certification
  • RPL Assessment: The process of evaluating an individual's existing skills, knowledge and experience against qualification requirements
  • Evidence Portfolio: The collection of documentation submitted to demonstrate competency
  • Certification: Statement of Attainment or Qualification issued upon successful RPL assessment

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) services provided by All West Training. By proceeding with an RPL application, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Any legislation referred to in these Terms and Conditions is Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation (as applicable).

RPL Assessment Process

  • Initial documentation review takes 2-3 business days
  • Assessment completion timeframe is 3-7 business days
  • Additional evidence may be requested during assessment
  • Gap training may be recommended if required
  • Final assessment decisions are at the discretion of qualified assessors

Applicant Obligations

All West Training handles your information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. We may disclose information to:

Certification Issuance

  • Digital certification issued within 3-7 business days of successful completion
  • Physical certification sent within 10-14 business days
  • USI must be verified before certification can be issued
  • All fees must be paid before certification release
