  • Cancellations 3-7 days before the course date: 50% refund or full credit
  • Cancellations less than 3 days before the course date: No refund
For rescheduling, we require a minimum of 3 business days' notice before the scheduled course date. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted via email.
