Please ensure the recipient meets all prerequisites for their selected course before purchase. The recipient will be guided through any additional requirements (such as obtaining a USI) when they receive their course information.
Recipients must attend the course on the date specified in your booking request. Date changes may be possible with advance notice, subject to availability and our rescheduling policy.
All gift purchases are subject to our standard refund and cancellation policy. Please communicate any changes via email as soon as possible.
When you book directly through our standard booking system, all communications are sent to the purchaser. For participants to receive their own course materials and proper certification, we need their individual details, which this process provides.
