Course Basics

What is a White Card and why do I need it?
A White Card is mandatory under the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 for anyone performing construction work in Western Australia. It's your proof of completion of the nationally recognized unit CPCCWHS1001 and allows you to work on construction sites across Australia.
How long does the course take and what does it cost?
The course takes 4-6 hours to complete and costs $110 (GST Free). This includes face-to-face training and all necessary materials. Your White Card and Statement of Attainment will be issued within 3-7 business days after successful completion.

Requirements

What do I need to bring to the course?
You need to bring:
  • Proof of WA residency (WA driver's licence or utility bill)
  • Valid Photo ID
  • Your Unique Student Identifier (USI)
  • Appropriate footwear (all other PPE is supplied)
Are there any language requirements?
Yes, you need a conversational level of English to:
  • Understand and respond to instructions
  • Read and interpret safety information
  • Complete basic written tasks
Translators are not permitted during assessments.

Assessment & Certification

How am I assessed?
Assessment includes verbal, practical, and theory components. You have 6 hours to complete all components. If you don't complete within this timeframe, you'll need to re-enroll and pay associated fees.
How do I receive my White Card?
Upon successful completion, you'll receive:
  • A Statement of Attainment
  • Your White Card
These are typically issued within 3-7 business days. Regular domestic post is free, or you can opt for express delivery for an additional $10 (incl. GST).

Terms and Conditions

Definitions:

  • Course Owner: Robbar PTY LTD trading as All West Training, who owns and delivers the training content and maintains intellectual property rights
  • Course certification: The documentation issued by All West Training on completion of training, including Statement of Attainment for Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) courses
  • NRT Courses: Nationally Recognised Training courses leading to the issuance of a Statement of Attainment on successful completion
  • Service: The infrastructure and systems required to participate in the course

Introduction

Thank you for choosing All West Training for your training needs. This document outlines the Terms and Conditions that apply to the White Card course (hereafter known as the "course") and your access to the infrastructure required to participate in the course (hereafter known as the "service").

Any legislation referred to in the Terms and Conditions of Use is Western Australian and Commonwealth legislation (as applicable).

Agreement to Terms and Conditions

Your access to the course and service is dependent on your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document. By accessing the course and service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If at any time you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the course and service.

Amendments to Terms and Conditions

All West Training reserves the right to amend the course and service Terms and Conditions at any time.

Right to Release Information to Third Parties

Your information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988. All West Training reserves the right to disclose your information to:

  • The Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) in fulfilment of RTO reporting requirements
  • NCVER
  • State, Territory or Federal government regulatory bodies if the course is associated with state, territory or federal funding
  • Other third parties as required by Law
  • Other third parties in direct relation to legal action or debt collection

Content

All text, graphics, illustrations, animation, video, audio and software that make up the course and the service (hereafter collectively known as the "content") shall remain the property of All West Training.

You agree to not:

  • Copy, modify, redistribute or exploit the content in any way unless expressly permitted
  • Store the content in any format or by any method except temporary files required to access the course
  • Use the content contrary to its explicit and implicit purpose

Course Details

  • Duration: 4-6 hours
  • Delivery: Face-to-face training
  • Assessment: Written, practical and verbal components
  • Certification: Statement of Attainment issued upon successful completion

Period of Enrolment

  • Course must be completed within the specified duration
  • The enrolment period commences when you begin the course
  • Extensions may be considered for extenuating circumstances at All West Training's discretion

Certification Timeframes

  • Statement of Attainment issued within 3-7 business days of successful completion
  • Physical cards delivered within 14 business days where applicable
  • All certification subject to successful completion and identity verification

USI Requirements

From 1 January 2015, All West Training cannot issue you with a nationally recognised VET qualification or statement of attainment without a Unique Student Identifier (USI). If you have not yet obtained a USI, you can apply at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/get-a-usi

Payment and Refunds

  • Course fees are non-refundable after payment
  • All West Training reserves the right to restrict future participation for students with outstanding payments

Service and Course Availability

While All West Training uses reasonable efforts to ensure system and service availability, scheduled and unscheduled outages may occur. All West Training will not be held liable for such outages.

Data and Information Security

All West Training does not guarantee the security of data or information disclosed online. You accept the inherent security implications of online usage and will not hold All West Training liable for any breach of security.

Student Obligations

You must:

  • Protect any provided username and password from unauthorized use
  • Ensure all use of your account complies with these Terms and Conditions
  • Not plagiarize or copy any other person's assessment
  • Submit only your own work
  • Report any unauthorized access or system issues promptly

Overseas Students who hold an Australian Student Visa

In accordance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act 2000, All West Training is not registered as a CRICOS provider and cannot provide training to overseas students who hold an Australian Student Visa.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that:

  • You will comply with all course requirements
  • You understand the certification requirements
  • You agree to provide accurate personal information
  • You understand and accept the no-refund policy
